Attorney Muhammed Safa Koyuncu completed his undergraduate studies at Bilkent University Faculty of Law, and subsequently obtained his Master’s degree in Law and Economics from the same university with academic distinction. In his academic work, he has adopted an interdisciplinary approach based on the relationship between law and economic order, with a particular focus on the legal and economic dimensions of commercial relations.
He primarily practices in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, foreign trade and customs law, labour and social security law, contract law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, and commercial dispute resolution. Within the scope of legal advisory services provided to domestic and international clients, he works on the legal management of companies’ day-to-day operations, the establishment of corporate structures, the execution of contract processes, and the assessment of commercial risks through a preventive law approach.
In the field of international trade law in particular, he provides legal support in matters relating to international sale of goods contracts, CISG applications, Incoterms rules, supply and distributorship relationships, transportation activities, and cross-border commercial transactions. In addition, he is actively involved in contract drafting, negotiation processes, and legal risk analysis concerning energy projects, investment processes, and commercial collaborations.
Within the scope of commercial dispute resolution, he represents clients in litigation and enforcement proceedings, debt recovery matters, contractual disputes, corporate conflicts, and employment-related disputes. In legal practice, he adopts a strategic advisory approach aimed not only at resolving existing disputes but also at identifying and preventing potential risks in advance.
